Notes on Registration - PLEASE READ! 

SOCIAL EVENTS
If your university or company requires separate invoices for the registration fee and social events (eg your affiliation will pay for the registration fee but you must pay for social events personally) please add only the registration to your form and CONTACT US to request to add in your chosen social events. We can easily generate an additional invoice, but we cannot edit an already generated invoice. Thank you! 

Society for Cryobiology (SfC) Members
Please log in with your username and password. The registration form will automatically detect your membership category and display the relevant registration fee automatically. 

Non-Members or Lapsed SfC Members 
If your SfC membership has lapsed or if you are not a Society for Cryobiology member but would like to access member pricing please fill in the membership form before registering for CRYO2023. Individual membership is $90 and free for currently enrolled students. 

Please note there may be up to a 72 hour delay after new membership applications are submitted before you can access member pricing as all new applications are checked and verified by staff. Membership renewals will reflect member pricing immediately. 

Payment 
Payment can be made instantly online using credit or debit card.

Payment can be made offline in USD only by domestic/international wire transfer. After completing the registration form you will receive an emailed invoice which contains the Society for Cryobiology's account details.

If you require additional information on the invoice, such as a purchase order (PO) number, please contact [email protected].

Cancellation Policies

• In Person registration cancellations before June 23rd, 2024 will receive a registration fee refund less a $50 administration fee. Delegate may transfer to virtual participation, if desired, and balance between in person and virtual options will be refunded less the $50 administration fee. 
• In Person registration cancelled after June 23rd, 2024 will forfeit the registration fee. Delegate may opt into virtual participation option if desired. 
• Social Events, Tours, and ICYR Youth Events are non-refundable in all cases. 
• Virtual registration cancellations on or before July 19th, 2024 will receive a full refund less a $50 administration fee.
• Virtual registration cancellations on or after July 20th, 2024 will forfeit the registration fee.
