CRYO2026 | JULY 15-17 | SEATTLE

Join the Society for Cryobiology for our 63rd annual meeting at the University of Washington in July 2026 for an exciting program that looks to the future with plenary sessions devoted to AI to accelerate cryobiology research, and next-generation biobanking, including living libraries of brain and cancer tissues. While embracing the future, we remain true to the foundational research that underpins cryobiology and cryopreservation, with six sessions over three days devoted to ice formation, rewarming, and tools and technologies.

Past-President of the Society for Cryobiology and ISBER, Prof. Dayong Gao (University of Washington) serves as the CRYO2026 Honorary Meeting Chair, with the program committee led by Dr. Zhiquan "Andy" Shu (University of Washington) and Dr. Shen Ren (Seattle University).
