The Society for Low Temperature Biology annual meeting took place in the sunny and welcoming city of Seville (Spain) for its 55^th edition in October 2-4^th, 2019. The meeting started with a workshop in collaboration with the Stem User group (SCUG) and the Andalusian Initiative for Advanced therapies.

The Royan Institute held their third cryobiology and biobanking symposium on February 27, 2019, in Tehran, Iran. The Royan Institute was established in 1991 as a public non-profit research institute for reproductive biomedicine and infertility treatments. Today Royan consists of three research institutes:

CRYO2019 Call for Abstracts 

The first call for abstracts for CRYO2019 has been released on November 26, 2018. Abstract submission will close on March 4, 2019.

Cryobiology and Biobanking Symposium in Tehran

The Royan Institute is a non-profit research institute for reproductive biomedicine and infertility treatments in Tehran, Iran. On February 14, 2018 they are holding their second Cryobiology and Biobanking Symposium. 

Dr. Jason Acker, immediate Past President of the Society for Cryobiology will be speaking, along with a number of local cryobiology and biobanking experts.
